1. Do you offer rain barrels for local pick-up?

        Yes we do! Local customers can call or e-mail their order

2. Processing & Handling

           Our processing time is 2 business days from date of order. Rain Barrels are shipped via Fed Ex with delivery times between 2-6                          business days. Tracking numbers are provided for all orders.

3. Custom orders

           We offer custom services such as double overflows (for multiple barrel hook-up), spigot placement, etc. Just call or e-mail us and we                 can quote your options.

4. Packaging

            All barrels are shipped as barrels with no exterior packaging. We take steps to protect your investment by shipping the screen and                    spigot inside barrel. Spigot hole is pre-drilled for easy assembly. Kits are shipped in flat-rate Fed Ex Priority boxes.

5. Barrel condition

             Our product is up-cycled! All barrels have been used ONCE to transport olives/peppers and other specialty items from overseas to                   the USA. They may have light scratches or scuffs on surface, but nothing to impede function. All barrels are hand-washed and tested               for leaks prior to building & shipping.

6. Barrel Weight

             Each barrel weighs between 13-15 lbs empty.
